Reservations and Booking
In order to make a reservation we will just need a few key bits of information from you or whomever will be the contract holder.
Check out the list to the right so you can see what our reps will need to know in order to get things rolling for you.
What we need:
- A deposit with a credit or debit card.
- The # of passengers you'll be bringing.
- The date of your event.
- The time of pickup.
- The city of pickup.
- How long you'll need the vehicle.
Things that are allowed:
- Alcohol consumption for those legally able to drink.
- Having fun!
- Playing your own music & video (via iPod hookup & blue ray players)
Things that are not allowed:
- Smoking!
- Damages!
- Excessive mess!
Contract info:
We do have a contract in place for any and all bookings. We invite you to ask us to see it at anytime before or after you book. We have an open door policy where we strive for 100% transparency. If you have a question, be sure to ask!
Overtime info:
If you decide that your pre-arranged booked time is not sufficient, and you're just having to much fun, we welcome you to continue on as long as you'd like at the normal hourly rate.
You can bring as much alcohol as you want. We do NOT provide you with any alcohol. There are bar areas with coolers and ice to keep your drinks cold. If there are those who are under 21 years of age, there cannot be any alcohol on the vehicles.
There is no smoking allowed. We like our vehicles to stay fresh and clean for all our customers to enjoy. You are allowed unlimited stops so when you need a smoke break, just tell your driver.
Yes, children are welcomed. Our buses and limousines don't have seat belts though. Also, if there is any under 21 years of age, there cannot be any alcohol on board.
Once you pay your deposit, your reservation can't be canceled. You also cannot change the date of the reservation. Depending on availability, you might be able to upgrade/downgrade your vehicle or move your time earlier/later.
No. We don't have anything to hide from you. We won't pull up outside your house and demand more money like other companies do. We will let you know everything up front. If you have any questions, we will answer them truthfully. The only additional charges you might come across are a cleaning fee if the bus is really dirty or a damage charge is something was broke.
Our drivers are all professional drivers with many years of experience. They are well trained and excellent at what they do. Their tested before their hire and continued after their hired. Tests include a background check, a driving history, a driving test and a drug test. They prepare for your run by looking at the stops beforehand and planning routes. They also always have a GPS on them in case they should ever need it.
